I did have half a mind to join the internet blackout the other day. Hell, I usually only operate with half a mind anyway.
Thing is, even if I had blacked out my site, who would have noticed? Maybe ten people?
So yeah I’m against SOPA and PIPA, Internet censorship and DNS blocking…but I also think Internet Piracy sucks ass…and Internet Pirates suck unwiped diahrea ass.
And yeah, I’ve downloaded a couple thousand songs from the Internet…who hasn’t???? WHO HASN’T??? No seriously, I’m guilty of downloading shit I shouldn’t have, especially nekkid girls. So I admit to being part of the problem. That video that made Kim Kardashian famous? I got it from a “file-sharing” site. That’s money out of Kim’s pocket, I know. No wonder she hasn’t made a sequel.
I don’t know what the cure for piracy is. I do hope they find one that doesn’t break the Internet.

I know of one way to combat piracy: Promote civil behavior. That includes not only opposing theft and violence, but also teaching children to respect their parents, teachers and other rightful authority figures.
